OUR SOFTWARE
We have developed stocktaking software that is completely tailored for each warehouse. Our drone mountable scanner can be set to only scan barcodes of a specific length and symbology to ensure the correct barcode is being scanned. Your warehouse layout is inputted prior to conducting the stocktake to maximise efficiency by automatically incrementing bays and columns as each pallet is scanned. These increments are also editable by the pilot during the count to allow for variations in rack heights and additional pallets in bays.
Each scan records the barcode number, bay, column, aisle and timestamp which then gets backed up in the database in real time to ensure your data is secure. During the stocktake, we also record the exact locations of empty bays, split pallets and damaged barcodes. All the data can then be exported into a format convenient for you such as CSV, SQL, JSON, XML and more.
